What's the difference between our advanced & intermediate online pdf programs?

Our ADVANCED guides are built for the avid gym goer. Someone who already feels confident performing compound lifts and has some experience with progressive overload.

Our INTERMEDIATE guides are built for the step below that. Someone who has been consistently going to the gym and are looking to learn new movements and gain experience with progressive overload and compound lifts.

We recommend starting at the intermediate level if you are unsure. Although, don't worry, you can always send us an email if you feel you've chosen the wrong level of programming.
