To stand by your side, to hold you accountable, and to motivate you along the way to reaching your goals while growing in all aspects of life.

We want to push away from society's standards of how health should look and focus more on how health feels. Fitness and health should be about balance; finding what you love and what makes you feel better in your daily life. IndiFITualized is a company dedicated to creating fitness plans that are individualized to each person. We believe that health and wellness is not one size fits all. We know that everybody has diverse needs, goals, and obstacles, as well as different lifestyles and backgrounds. We work hard to build programs that are going to be sustainable for you long term and, most importantly, ones you enjoy.

At IndiFITualized we want to ensure your human movement system is functioning properly.  So many of us have muscle imbalances from past injuries, sitting all day, from the shoes we wear, and repetitive movements in life or at work, that hinder the way we do things. With all our coached clients we perform a static, push, pull, and overhead squat assessment, accredited by NASM, to assess any muscle imbalances. We use these assessments to build a personalized mobility and warm up plan for free. This plan is built to restore any muscle imbalances your body may have by strengthening any underactive muscles and stretching any overactive muscles. We do not charge for this assessment because we believe this is a key component when it comes to longevity in your health and wellness journey.

The gym gave me purpose and hope in a very dark time in my life. It brought me to find the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of myself. A few years ago, I was in an extremely bad place mentally. I have always struggled with anxiety and depression, but this time was worse. I lost sight of who I was, who I wanted to be, or what I was doing it all for. To make things worse, I then suffered an injury that brought my sophomore season of volleyball to a dead halt.

In a time where I was already lost, I couldn't play the sport I loved the most and that had been my outlet for so many years. As hard as this was, it was actually a blessing in disguise.

This injury forced me to find a new outlet. The gym. At this point in time, I didn't have much knowledge. All I knew was cardio and sports training. Which were two things I couldn’t do. I knew there had to be a way to workout more than 1-2 times a week without involving my lower half. So, I started learning about all the different muscle groups in the human body. This got me to try new movements, routines, training splits, and lifts which led to me finding a love for the gym.

I began to feel so empowered over what my body could do and all the information I was learning about the human movement system. From that moment I was hooked. The gym became my happy place and my outlet in life. I feel so lucky that a moment I thought I was never going to get through brought me to find myself and lead me to this career. I truly feel so blessed I get to work with clients of all ages and skill levels. Helping them to find ways for fitness to bring them happiness in a way that works for their own life.
